Summary:
Under routine supervision, this position will play a key role in growing carrier participation in our loyalty program.
The primary responsibility will be creating relationships with carriers in a meaningful way that encourages growth and retention.
The incumbent will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate usage and greater retention in the program which will impact the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
o Contact new and existing leads to build effective relationships to sell them on the usage of J.

Hunt Loyalty/Perks program and maintain a robust pipeline that will drive carrier retention.
o Inform carriers about the benefits of the program and assist them through the sign-up process for discounts/services to help carriers save time and money.
o Analyze data using query reports on carriers in pipeline to better understand carrier needs to improve the sales process and assist with retention.
o Create lead generation strategy for building and maintaining pipeline of carriers from our internal database and contacts.

High School Diploma/GED with up to 1 year of transportation logistics or sales experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
