Job Overview:
As an Automotive Customer Relations Representative, you will be the bridge between our customers and Superior Automotive Group, ensuring a positive and lasting relationship.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, addressing their concerns, gathering feedback, and providing solutions to enhance their overall experience with our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer concerns and complaints, collaborating with internal departments such as service, sales, and finance to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Proactively anticipate potential issues and take preventive measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with Superior Automotive Group's products and services.
Utilize feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes.
Communication and Follow-Up:
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their concerns and the actions being taken to address them.
Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
Generate reports summarizing customer feedback and trends for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in customer relations, customer service, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with Superior Automotive Group's products and services.
