00 per hour Quarterly bonus based on company profitability The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for operation administration tasks, WMS data entry, inbound/outbound shipment information, and customer service response.
Responsibilities:
Work efficiently and effectively to support warehouse operations with documentation and systematic control of goods in and out of the warehouse Maintain and update customer and warehouse information using the warehouse management system (WMS) Perform administration tasks including managing documents and filing along with handling inbound/outbound documentation Communicate with the Warehouse Manager and team members to ensure workflow and customer service levels are being maintained Maintain consistent communications with customers and respond to customer requests Keep the company's mission statement and core values at the forefront Skills:
Strong computer skills Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills Customer service / personable Analytical problem solving with common sense approach to solutions Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Requirements:
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Previous administration experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
Previous warehouse experience Certified Forklift Operator Experience with a third-party logistics company and/or the packaging industry Location - Lowell, AR
